Hillel Sanowicz began working in real estate while attending Yeshiva University. He started at Marcus & Millichap and then John Bruce Nelson and associates in Beverly Hills before joining Keller Williams Realty. There, Sanowicz’s talent and dedication helped him become a successful Broker.

In 2009 hillel sanowicz brokered the sale of a 6 acre property in the North gate of Beverly Park today the property is worth over $100M. In 2012 Hillel Brokered the $14M sale of a property on Sarbonne Road in Bel Air. In 2013 Hillel Sanowicz headed the restoration of the Myrna Loy Estate which sits on 2+prime acres on Hidden Valley Road in Beverly Hills, The Estate was built for the actress in 1936, today the celebrity enclave of Hidden Valley Road is one of the hottest locations in Beverly Hills where houses are selling for well over $2,500 per sq. ft. In 2013 Hillel brokered the sale of a home which was the highest price per ft. on Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills. In 2013 Hillel brokered the sale of one of the few double-lot properties on Orlando Ave in West Hollywood, Orlando ave is the best street in West Hollywood due to its central location, and close proximity to the shops and restaurants on the famed Melrose Place. In 2016 Hillel Sanowicz and Jonathan chodos helped create case law which allows agents to enforce agreements between agents without the involvement of their broker.
