In 2013 Hillel Shanowitz headed the restoration of the 2 acre Estate including the Main house which is 10,000 Sq. Ft, A North-South Tennis court and swimmers Pool. The property was custom built for Myrna Loy in 1936 Beverly Hills, CA. Hillel Sanowicz managed the restoration project including the Design/Build and was able to keep it on budget and ahead of schedule.

Myrna Loy (born Myrna Adele Williams was an American film, television and stage actress.

Trained as a dancer, Loy devoted herself fully to an acting career following a few minor roles in silent films. She was originally typecast in exotic roles, often as a vamp or a woman of Asian descent, but her career prospects improved greatly following her portrayal of Nora Charles in The Thin Man (1934).
